I have encountered this update on blood pressure by AHA perhaps one month ago and I was like surprised that getting 130’s to 140’s type of blood pressure should be really alarming. At present, they are no longer considered as normal as what we would always advice patients having this kind of level. And to even think that 120 is already considered an elevation is such a surprise, isn’t it?
