The Science of Sleep

I don't sincerely relax. When I sleep, I loosen up. We need time to defuse, to contemplate. Just as in sleep our brains relax and deliver us goals, so at some time in the day, we need to disconnect, reconnect, Pay for Assignment and look around us. I assume I'd have accomplished better if I were a touch extra comfy-if I had not pressed pretty so tough if I'd no longer lost quite so much sleep.
