Consuming more red meat and poultry increases diabetes risk, Singapore study reveals

Researchers from the Duke-NUS Medical School in Singapore have revealed a significant association between consuming red meat and poultry, and developing diabetes, from a large-scale cohort study. Besides this, they also found a benefit in replacing red meat and poultry with fish or shellfish.
